This small dresser or night stand did not look anything like it does presently.
It was painted an overall 'fleshy' color, mixed in with cream. YUK.
I have sanded and scraped through layers of paint on the drawer fronts, to get to an interesting mix of color. The outside shell of the cabinet has been painted a 'winter gray' color, and sanded to a matt finish, distressed, and hand waxed. The drawer fronts have gone through the same process.
The drawer interiors are clean. I have sanded them with fine sand paper, and vacuumed and wiped them out with a waxed cloth.
This is not a finely crafted piece of furniture. The drawers are dry fit, and come all the way out.
There is a slight split on one side, and the top has a few small dings.
Great for small spaces and storage.
