Distressed Heavily Painted Metal Chair.

Rust as shown in photo. Primarily surface rust. No deep pitting.
Chair has many layers of paint on it. There is a beautiful lighter green that I can see under the dark green.
Structurally sound and sturdy. Comfortable ?
Chair is welded together.
