Charming Petite Painted Wood Cabinet.
Primarily Oak used in construction of this beauty.
Perfectly distressed and worn.
Solid, and paint is pretty stable (not flaking off all over the place !!)
Would make an awesome bedside table, focal point, decor piece.
The interior has been painted a wonderful green color.
There is some staining on the drawer insides. I have lightly sanded them, and the entire cabinet has been wiped with a light bleach solution.
The top drawer does have some issues. A split or crack in the drawer bottom, and what appears to be 'chew marks' on the rear panel ????
All drawers are dovetail construction.
All drawers function as well as the doored panel.
Great detail and trim work.
Casters are a little rusty at the mounts, and the wheels have seen a good deal of use, but the cabinet rolls nicely.
This is a rustic, vintage piece. Expect age appropriate wear.
More of a decor display piece, but perfectly usable. Maybe a coat of paint on the drawer interiors ? Up to you. I like it as it is.
