IT WAS £ 150, NOW £ 110.
Henri, the Victorian French gentleman, is a devotee of routines. He wakes up early every morning, walks to his favourite boulangerie in Place des Vosges, gets a baguette and sits on a bench to feed the pigeons. If asked, he’ll say he’s studying human behaviour.
He is (much to his regret) hand-sculpted in air-drying clay, hand-painted with acrylics, and sealed with matt varnish, signed and dated. He’s about 15 cm tall. One of a kind.
The wooden box (7cm wide x 11 long) is decoupage with old sheet music, and can be hung on a wall.
