Vintage Pyrex Promotional New Holland #043 Oval Casserole 1 1/2 Quarts. This casserole came in two sizes as a boxed promotional item with the cork trivet which could be used for both the 1 1/2 quart and 2 1/2 quart casseroles. This casserole is from the 1970's. Also, a very interesting thing about the set is that the pattern on the two casseroles aren’t identical as are in many other patterns. The basic look is a solid blue (not turquoise) base casserole with a lid that has a blue pattern of hearts, leaves and other symbols on opal white. Interspersed sparsely among the blue symbols are bright red flower symbols. Condition: Casserole when held up to the light a couple fleck of paint loss. The bottom white rim has a few black dot stains. Lid - The coloring is shiny, bold and bright. The pattern is in tack.
Any minor flaws are due to age, manufacturing process, and/or usage.
