Full of warmth and character, these vintage wood and metal spools are fabulous! The chippy painted ends are offset with current, on trend colors. Found as a collection, I can only imagine what they were originally used to make. Large spools measure 7" long and short ones measure 4.5" long. I think they'd be beautiful showcased in a bowl on a coffee table or simply arranged in an artful way in a bookcase. Spools have tons of character with lots of dings and dents. Thread has a musty smell that is not prominent unless held close.
