Vintage Large Shortening Can - Wilsons Bake-Rite Pure Shortening - Large Turquoise Metal Can - Vintage Kitchen
A vibrant color, this turquoise shortening can once held pure shortening from Wilson's Bake-Rite brand. Measuring 20" tall and 15.5" in diameter, its large size makes it great for home storage. Repurposed as a kitchen garbage can or as extra storage for a kids playroom, the fun color makes it unique. Paint is in pretty good condition with only minor scratches but does show dings/dents. One paint spot shows a small rust patch where the handle hits the base. See last picture for detail. Bottom edge of can shows dings and dents all around. See third and fourth picture for detail. Inside is clean and bottom shows a few rust spots beginning. The front label is partially intact and the backside is missing the label but has adhesive remnants still visible. Lid is missing.
