Rare Antique original Picart-Lebas Paris French Intercom Phone 1930 with Rotary Dial.
This switchboard allowed to make exterior or internal telephone call.
The names of the different services, employees or the names of people living in the apartments within the building are engraved on small plates on the phone.
A very nostalgic French item.
Little Intercom for mixed network comprising a plurality of private lines, associated with lines connected to the public network had some success in the 30's.
They were used in small businesses, where the purchase of an automated system was more expensive than using a phone operator.
This station is equipped with rotating warning and a dial pad.
Massive oak base with bakelite phone receiver. The dial works perfectly.

In beautiful vintage condition with a great wood patina. It certainly could be restored to be adaped to the norms of your country.
