This beautiful example of mid century, casual modern household glass is made by Anchor Hocking.
Done here in the Tahiti pattern, AH had great success in the 1960s with a trio of textured glass designs, the others being Lido Milano and Lido Soreno. The gorgeous aquamarine glass is wonderful, especially in the sun.
The textured surface and color evoke a cool, refreshing summer day. Ice cubes tinkling gently against the sides as you pour a long, tall glass of your favorite beverage.
It is in excellent condition, and stands 8 1/4" tall, and 9 1/4" to the ice lip, is 5 1/4" wide and 7 1/4" wide from spout to handle.
Beautiful and statuesque. Perfect for your casual mid century modern decor.
